1. Overview
Postai offers an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks Pro features and a periodic allowance of in-app coins used for AI generations. Subscriptions are sold and managed through the Apple App Store and processed via our payments provider, RevenueCat. This Subscription Policy explains how billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds work, and supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Plans and Pricing
The exact plans, prices, free-trial length, and included coin allowances are shown in the App on the subscription screen before you confirm a purchase. Prices are displayed in your local currency by the App Store and may vary by country, taxes, and Apple's currency rounding.
We may add, remove, rename, or re-price plans at any time. Changes apply to new purchases and renewals going forward; an active subscription keeps the price you originally agreed to until its next renewal, unless Apple notifies you of a price change in advance as described in Section 5.
3. Free Trials
Some plans may be offered with a free trial. If you start a free trial:
- You will not be charged during the trial period.
- Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Starting any paid subscription forfeits the unused portion of a free trial, where applicable.
- Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple based on your Apple ID. We cannot grant or restore a trial if Apple considers you ineligible.
4. Auto-Renewal
Postai subscriptions are auto-renewing. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID at the start of each renewal period at the then-current price for that plan in your region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
- Renewal happens automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal date and amount are visible in your Apple ID subscription settings.
5. Price Changes
If we change the price of an active subscription, Apple will notify you in advance, as required by App Store policy, and ask you to confirm the new price before the next renewal. If you do not confirm, your subscription may not renew at the new price and will lapse at the end of the current period.
6. Coins Included With a Subscription
An active subscription may include a periodic coin allowance that is granted at the start of each billing period. Coins granted as part of a subscription:
- Are tracked together with any coins you purchased separately. The App displays your total available balance.
- Are intended to be used during the period they were granted. Unused subscription coins may not roll over indefinitely; the current rollover behavior is described in the App on the subscription screen.
- Stop being granted as soon as your subscription ends or is canceled. Coins already granted before cancellation remain in your balance, subject to the rollover rules above.
Coins themselves have no cash value, are non-refundable except as required by law, and may not be transferred between accounts or devices.
7. Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Apple ID settings:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select Postai and choose Cancel Subscription, change your plan, or turn auto-renewal off.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access and any subscription benefits until that date. We cannot cancel an Apple-managed subscription on your behalf.
8. Refunds
All subscription and coin purchases are completed through the Apple App Store under Apple's Media Services Terms. Postai cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.
- To request a refund, please contact Apple Support at support.apple.com or use Apple's "Report a Problem" tool.
- If a generation fails because of a technical issue on our side, we may, at our discretion, restore the affected coins to your balance. Contact us at kadiraktastr@gmail.com with the details and approximate time of the failure.
- Statutory rights to a refund under your local consumer protection law are not affected by this policy.
9. Restoring a Subscription
If you reinstall Postai or switch to another device that uses the same Apple ID, you can restore your active subscription using the "Restore" option in the App (available on the paywall and in Settings). Restoring requires that you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to make the original purchase. If you cannot restore an active subscription, please contact us with your Apple receipt or order number.
10. Family Sharing
Postai subscriptions may support Apple's Family Sharing where Apple makes that option available for our products. When supported, eligible family members can use the subscription on their own devices with their own Apple ID. Family Sharing eligibility, family group rules, and the ability to enable or disable sharing for a given subscription are controlled by Apple.
11. Account and Subscription Termination
If you delete the App or stop using Postai, your subscription does not automatically cancel — you must cancel it through your Apple ID settings as described in Section 7. We may suspend or terminate access to subscription features without refund if you materially violate our Terms of Use, including by abusing the Service, attempting to bypass the coin or paywall system, or generating prohibited content.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of a subscription after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
