Service Description
Postai is an AI-powered image generation application. You provide photos, select a style, and the App generates styled images using artificial intelligence. The App requires credits to generate images. By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Your Content
Photos You Upload
You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI services solely for the purpose of generating images for you.
Generated Images
Images generated by the App are created for your personal use. You may save, share, and use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the photos you upload. You must have the right to use any photo you upload, and you must not upload photos that contain illegal, harmful, or explicit content.
Credits & Purchases
Image generation requires credits. Credits can be obtained through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. In case of termination for misuse, no refund will be provided for unused credits or active subscriptions.

What happens if image generation fails?
If the AI fails to generate an image, your credits are automatically refunded. You will not be charged for unsuccessful generations.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits do not expire. They remain in your account until you use them.
Can I get a refund for purchased credits?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's App Store support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Can I use generated images commercially?
Generated images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of generated images is not permitted under these Terms.
Can I upload photos of other people?
You must not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent. Uploading photos of minors is strictly prohibited. Misuse may result in account termination without refund.
